Métaux BlackRock Inc.'s proposed Blackrock Metal Mine is a 20 000 to 25 000 tonnes per day iron, titanium and vanadium mine on James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement Territory in the James Bay Municipality. The proposal consists of an open pit mine, a processing plant, an access road, a conveyor system and a transmission line.
