Kami Iron Ore Mine

Description
Alderon Resources Corp.'s proposed Kami Iron Ore Mine is a 8 million tonnes per year open-pit iron mine southwest of Labrador City. The proposal consists of an open-pit mine, a rail interchange, a mill, a concentrator, and a tailings impoundment area. In addition, the ore would be transported by railway to the Port of Sept-Iles.
