Fire Lake North Iron Mine

Description
Champion Mineral Inc.'s proposed Fire Lake Nord Iron Mine is a 4 000 tonnes per day iron mine approximately 60 km southwest of Fermont. The proposal consists of three open pit mines, waste rock and overburden piles, a tailings pond, a water treatment system, explosive storage site, a railway and railway facilities, a concentrate storage area near Sept-Îles and other related infrastructure.
