Welcome to the Major Projects Management Office’s tracking and monitoring system - the MPMOTracker. The MPMO Tracker is a web tool that monitors the progress of proposed major resource projects through the federal regulatory review system. The tool is an important element of the Major Projects Management Office’s efforts to ensure that Canadians have access to accurate and timely information about major resource projects undergoing a federal regulatory review.

The Tracker records information about all MPMO projects at various stages in the review process, including those that are currently undergoing a regulatory review and those that have completed a review. It is important to note that not all project proposals submitted to the MPMO will require a regulatory decision by the federal government; therefore, not all projects recorded in the Tracker will advance to an environmental assessment or federal regulatory review.
