Project Description
Royal Nickel Corp.'s proposed Dumont Nickel Mine is a 50 000 to 100 000 tonnes per day nickel mine 60 km northeast of Rouyn-Noranda. The proposal consists of an open pit mine, a tailings pond, access roads, an electrical transmission line, a waste rock storage area, a processing plant, a rail spur line, and related mining infrastructure.
