Project Description
TransCanada PipeLines Limited is proposing to construct and operate a 4,500 km oil pipeline to transport up to 1.1 million b/d of crude from Hardisty, Alberta to Saint John, New Brunswick. The proposal consists of converting 3,000 km of existing natural gas pipelines to oil and constructing 1,500 km of new pipeline. The proposal will also include over 70 new pump stations, 4 tank terminals, 2 marine terminals and loading facility at Saint John, New Brunswick
